The TOYOCONNECTOR is designed as a genuine coupling for Toyox hoses. We cannot guarantee the performance or the ability to maintain the product if a non-TOYOX hoses is connected.
Attachment Method
| 1 | Twist the cap nut to remove it from the nipple. |  |
| 2 | Pass the hose through the cap nut and then the TC3-CS sleeve with packing. |  |
| 3 | Insert the hose into the nipple. For best results, use the table at right to find the correct hose insertion length and mark the hose before inserting. As shown in the figure at right, there is a small hole that can be used to check when the hose is inserted to the proper length. |  |
| 4 | As shown in Fig. 1, use a monkey or motor wrench to fasten the flat part of the nipple, and tighten until there is no gap between the nipple and the cap nut. |  |
