Introduction
Made of soft PVC, the TOYOFOODS Hose was developed to withstand pressure exclusively for pressure feeding foods. The TOYOFOODS Hose was made to provide the same features as the TOYORON, with the addition of Food Sanitation Act compliance and safety. It complies with the Food Sanitation Act (Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Public Notice Nos. 201 of 2006, 267 of 2002 and 52 of 1951). It's also resistant to oils and fats providing long service life and with higher transparency than rubber hoses, TOYOFOODS makes it easy to verify the fluid in the hose.
Note: This hose does not use phthalate plasticizers.

Example of TOYOFOODS hose use :
On a chocolate production line, a 38-millimeter PVC braided hose was in use. To comply with Public Notice No. 267 under the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare’s Food Sanitation Act, a replacement was needed right away. When they looked for food-grade hoses, they found a number of candidate products from other companies, but none could handle the oils and fat in chocolate.
The only product they found that could handle chocolate was the TOYOFOODS Hose, a safe food-grade product. Problem solved!
