TOYORING-F HOSE
(Food Grade PVC Hose)
The TOYORING-F is made of soft PVC, it was developed as a dedicated food hose to withstand pressure for pressure feeding and vacuum conveyance. The TOYOFOODS-F Hose was made to provide the same features as the TOYORING, with added Food Sanitation Act compliance and safety. It complies with the Food Sanitation Act (Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Public Notice Nos. 201 of 2006, 267 of 2002 and 52 of 1951). Resistant to oils and fats, it provides long service life.
1) A spring hose constructed with a steel wire for strength was used for a beverage. The steel wire had begun to rust at the end of the hose where the fitting was fastened, so a braided hose with a thread was used instead of a steel wire to ensure the operation was sanitary. However, the vacuum pressure caused the hose to collapse and lose suction. The fluid flowed backwards, causing the production line to be stopped.
So, the TOYORING-F hose was chosen because it is made with reinforcing plastic coils to eliminate all concerns of rust. The TOYORING-F can be used safely in vacuum environments. Problem solved!
2) A plant was using spring hoses for shampoo and conditioner and the local government imposed a industrial waste tax. That tripled the disposal costs for the hoses they were using. They wanted to avoid having to sort out the hoses according to whether they contained hard steel because it increased their labor costs.
The TOYORING-F Hose uses plastic coils, so they can be disposed of with the rest of the plastic waste without sorting. The plant used it and cut their costs. Problem solved! Additionally, they were delighted at how the TOYORING-F returns to its original shape even after being crushed.
